In 2003, Eddie and LouAnn Dick decided to turn their passion for home building into a business and Travis Creek Homes was born.
About Us - Travis Creek Homes
At Travis Creek Homes, we believe building a home should be a collaborative, transparent, and rewarding experience. Founded in 2003 by Eddie and Lou Ann Dick, our company is rooted in a passion for quality craftsmanship, honest communication, and strong relationships. We began as homeowners ourselves, learning the highs and lows of the homebuilding process by building five homes for our use. That hands-on experience shaped our approach and became the foundation of our business.

In 2019, Jared Juszczak joined the leadership team, bringing renewed energy and a shared commitment to excellence. Together, we remain dedicated to building a limited number of custom homes each year, ensuring that every project receives our full attention.
