In 2003, Eddie and LouAnn Dick decided to turn their passion for home building into a business and Travis Creek Homes was born.
A Little About Us
We began building custom homes in 1980 and, back then, we were the client. By the time we had built our fifth home, we had learned the good, the bad, and the ugly sides of the building process. In 2003, we decided to turn our passion for home building into a business and Travis Creek Homes was born.
We are committed to open and frequent communications with our clients and to limiting the number of homes we build.
We are also fully committed to operating our business on sound financial principles as well as adhering to our cornerstone values of honesty and integrity. We strive to treat our clients, suppliers and building partners with dignity and respect.

We know there are many homebuilders to choose from, but a few qualities separate Travis Creek Homes from the rest of the herd. First and foremost, it is our emphasis on personal service and communication. Other builders may promise you personal service, while they juggle ten, twenty or more “projects” in addition to yours.
The second reason gets down to communication, we understand our job is to listen to you and your ideas because it is your home, not ours. We can work from plans you already have, or you can take advantage of our design/build approach, where we turn your vision into a new home.
