Once a cherished weekend retreat, this 50+ year-old lakefront home in Lakeway became the full-time residence for a family during the COVID-19 relocation shift. With the owner already collaborating with a designer, Travis Creek Homes was brought in to execute a full renovation and strategic additions, all while preserving the historic charm of one of the original 300 homes in Lakeway.

The project evolved over 18 months through a highly collaborative, hands-on process with the homeowner. With flexibility and craftsmanship at the forefront, nearly every element of the home was updated, blending the old character of Lakeway with elevated modern living.
